Our Approach
To develop the assistant, we began by defining clear objectives - providing 24/7 support and saving time for all stakeholders. We researched and understood the specific needs of prospective students, current students, and parents to tailor the assistant’s functionality accordingly, delivering a product that integrates seamlessly with LSU’s existing people and systems.
